According to local authorities, the shooter, identified as 23-year-old Hunter Nadeau, has been charged with second-degree murder following the death of 59-year-old Robert Steven DeCesare.

New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella and Nashua Police Chief Kevin Rourke confirmed the details in a press statement.
