This event marks the first time these devices have been displayed publicly since their initial unveiling.
During MWC 2025, Samsung revealed that it would officially “unveil” its Android XR headset, a statement that might not accurately capture the nature of the event. Positioned towards the back of Samsung’s booth, MWC 2025 served as a platform for the public to engage with the headset, moving beyond the more controlled environment of the recent Unpacked event.
While attendees did not have the opportunity to try on the headset or interact with it directly, the closer proximity allowed for a more detailed observation of the device's features. The headset's comfortable design is underscored by visible padding in both the head strap and the headset itself. Observers noted the clarity of the lenses inside, the layout of the buttons, and the power connection point located along the left side of the headset.

In addition to the headset, Samsung also showcased the Galaxy S25 Edge at its booth.
