However, he did not provide any updates regarding the anticipated lower-priced 14-inch MacBook Pro with the base M6 chip, which is expected to launch next year or early 2027.
Apple’s MacBook Pro lineup consists of three tiers, where the lower-priced model is equipped with the standard M-series chip, while the other two models leverage the Pro and Max variants. The base M6 chip comes with fewer CPU/GPU cores, reduced memory bandwidth, smaller maximum unified memory, and limited external display support.
