After widespread calls for a reunion tour following their spectacular performances at Coachella, No Doubt is reuniting for an exciting residency at Las Vegas' Sphere. This eagerly anticipated event will feature six shows scheduled for May 2026 on the 6th, 8th, 9th, 13th, 15th, and 16th. The renowned band, which includes members Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont, and Adrian Young, is set to bring an unforgettable experience to Sin City.
In a recent statement, Stefani expressed her enthusiasm, saying, “The opportunity to create a show at Sphere excites me in a new way. The venue is unique and modern, and it opens up a whole new visual palette for us to be creative. Doing it with No Doubt feels like going back in time to relive our history while also creating something new in a way we never could have imagined.” This reflects the band's commitment to innovation while honoring their legacy.
No Doubt made headlines with their performances at Coachella 2024, marking the first time the band had performed together since 2015. Following this triumphant return, they also graced the stage at the FireAid benefit concert at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum earlier this January, further solidifying their presence in the music scene.
The upcoming residency at Sphere is particularly notable as it marks the first time a female-fronted act will headline this cutting-edge venue. Previous acts have included legendary performers such as Dead & Co., U2, Eagles, Anyma, and the Backstreet Boys. This residency not only showcases No Doubt’s musical prowess but also highlights the importance of female representation in the music industry.
This return to the Las Vegas Strip is also significant for Stefani, who previously hosted her own residency titled “Just a Girl: Las Vegas” at the Zappos Theater in 2018. Those shows were initially set to conclude in May 2020, but due to the pandemic, eight performances were postponed and rescheduled for the following year.
As for the possibility of new music from No Doubt, the band has not yet indicated plans to return to the studio to record a follow-up to their last album, 2012’s “Push and Shove.” In a recent interview with Nylon following their Coachella performances, Stefani mentioned that she is “open to anything.” She added, “Well, I don’t have a crystal ball. Most things have surprised me in life. One of the things I’ve learned is to be present in the moment and try to absorb what’s happening around me instead of looking ahead.”
As fans eagerly await this exciting residency and any potential new music, No Doubt continues to hold a special place in the hearts of many, proving that their impact on the music industry remains strong and relevant.
