In the legal filings, the 25-year-old actress detailed an incident that occurred in January when she attempted to establish a visitation schedule with DDG. She alleged that during a visit to her home, he became verbally aggressive, instructing her to “Get out of my car, bitch,” while she was trying to secure their son in his car seat. The situation allegedly escalated when DDG physically assaulted Bailey, pulling her hair and pushing her face into the steering wheel, resulting in a chipped front tooth.
Bailey's allegations led to her being granted a temporary order of protection against DDG. This order mandates that he must maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from both Bailey and Halo and prohibits him from possessing firearms. Additionally, he is barred from contacting Bailey directly or indirectly. The Color Purple actress included photographic evidence of her injuries, including a chipped tooth and bruises, in her request for the restraining order, which was approved by the Los Angeles courts.
