Lewis attempted to downplay his actions, stating, "But don't call the law just yet, the public is allowed to drive by Gainbridge...aka Caitlin's Fieldhouse. I'm getting tickets. I'm sitting behind the bench."
In another message, Lewis bizarrely expressed his fixation, saying, "They said I was sending threatening texts...but the only thought on my mind was....CAITLIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNN." Court documents reveal that several of Lewis' messages were not only alarming but also contained sexually violent content.
Clark, now 23, reported to the police that she was genuinely afraid for her safety, even prior to Lewis' arrival in Indianapolis.
