For the year 2025, Samsung has introduced an impressive lineup of five new television ranges, including two featuring stunning 8K resolutions. These new models boast sizes of up to 115 inches and promise to deliver enhanced picture quality that is sure to elevate your viewing experience. The new ranges comprise the flagship QN990F 8K, the more budget-friendly QN900F 8K, and three 4K TV ranges: QN90F, QN80F, and QN70F.
Samsung's new TV ranges will incorporate cutting-edge Vision AI features, which aim to enhance processing power and user interaction. These features include real-time translations, click-to-search functionality, and motion control compatibility with a Galaxy Watch. Notably, the three QN9xx models will also include Samsung's glare-free technology, similar to what is utilized in the acclaimed S95 OLED TVs.
Leading the charge in Samsung's 2025 lineup is the impressive 98-inch QN990F 8K TV, priced at a staggering $40,000. For comparison, a 115-inch TCL TV, while only offering 4K resolution, is priced at $20,000, making Samsung's offering a significant investment. The QN990F series will feature 8K upscaling, Motion Xcelerator 240Hz processing, a Wireless One Connect Box, and dedicated top speakers for an immersive Dolby Atmos experience. The step-down QN900F 8K model will feature a sleek metal frame design, Motion Xcelerator 165Hz, and object tracking sound technology for dynamic audio that follows on-screen action.
In addition to its flagship 8K offerings, Samsung is also launching three new ranges of 4K QLEDs for 2025, utilizing Quantum Matrix Mini LEDs for superior brightness and color accuracy. The flagship QN90F series will feature the advanced NQ4 AI Gen3 processor and Motion Xcelerator 165Hz for smooth motion during fast-paced content. Meanwhile, the QN80F and QN70F models will utilize the NQ4 AI Gen2 processor and include the Motion Xcelerator 144Hz feature, ensuring a tear-free gaming experience.
