A maintenance worker at a New Orleans jail has been arrested for allegedly aiding 10 inmates in their escape by shutting off the water to a toilet. Three other employees have been suspended as the investigation unfolds.
A fourth inmate from the New Orleans jail escape has been recaptured as authorities intensify their manhunt for the remaining fugitives. With a $20,000 reward, law enforcement is closing in on the escapees.
