After spending four years as a marketing director at the Springfield Neurological and Spine Institute, Miller took a significant pay cut to return to Drury as an assistant coach. By the age of 28, she became the head coach, leading the Lopes to the 2019 Division II Final Four and finishing with an undefeated 32-0 record in the 2019-20 season.
Molly Miller is not only a dedicated coach but also a loving wife and mother. She and her husband, Derek, have two children: a daughter named Crosby June and a son named Cy Carter.
