In a shocking turn of events, comedian Druski and NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. have been implicated in a sexual assault lawsuit against the well-known rapper and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs. This lawsuit is part of a growing list of over 100 legal actions targeting Combs, who has been in police custody since September. Both Druski and Beckham have firmly denied any involvement in the alleged incident, which reportedly occurred in 2018. On social media, Druski described the allegations as a “fabricated lie.”
The lawsuit, filed in California late Friday, names more than a dozen defendants, including Combs, Beckham, Druski, and singer-rapper Jaguar Wright. The central figure in the lawsuit, Ashley Parham, claims she was drugged, kidnapped, and assaulted by multiple individuals after she made a comment suggesting that Diddy was involved in the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. The amended filing identifies several individuals who allegedly participated in the assault.
The alleged incident began with a Facetime call between Diddy and an associate, Shane Pearce, in February 2018, where Parham made her remarks about Tupac. The assault allegedly took place the following month at an apartment belonging to one of the defendants. Parham's previous filing, made in October, included a detailed account of the events that transpired.
Druski, who is 30 years old, took to social media to refute the allegations against him. He stated, “This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.” He expressed his compassion for actual victims of abuse while maintaining confidence that the evidence will prove the allegations false.
Similarly, Odell Beckham Jr., 32, responded to the claims with a post that included misspellings, stating, “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I, I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid.”
According to local law enforcement, specifically Contra Costa County Sheriff’s spokesman Jimmy Lee, deputies did take a report regarding the incident on the date in question. However, they later determined that “the claims were unfounded.”
In a statement provided to Variety, representatives for Combs stated, “This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday.” They further asserted that Combs was not in Orinda, California, on the day of the alleged assault, and that the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department confirmed that the claims were unfounded after a thorough investigation.
The lawsuit presents a gruesome account of the alleged incident, claiming that Pearce invited Parham into his apartment under the pretense of needing assistance with cancer medications. He allegedly left the front door unlocked, allowing Diddy and his associates to enter and assault Parham. Following the assault, Parham was seen leaving the apartment wearing only a large T-shirt and carrying a knife that had been used to threaten her. In a moment of chaos, she allegedly stabbed Diddy in the back, prompting gunfire.
In the ensuing confusion, Parham fled the scene and encountered an individual who claimed to be a law enforcement officer but was later revealed to be one of Diddy’s associates in disguise. After escaping that situation, Parham encountered a real Contra Costa County Sheriff, who she alleged was later handed an envelope that she believed contained cash. Contra Costa County representatives have declined to comment on the ongoing lawsuit.
Sean Combs, aged 55, is currently awaiting trial in New York on serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he has consistently denied. This trial is scheduled to begin on May 5. Recently, his attorney Anthony Ricco filed a motion to resign from the case, citing that “under no circumstances can I continue.”
